The place is very chic and trendy. It’s one of the must places of Deauville.
Fresh cuisine but classic. Tarte de saumon et d’espadon, suprême de barbue,
volaille fermier aux morilles, darnier au chocolat sauce pistache. Menus for 20 and
30.50 €.

A quite little house, between the port and the market. A Norman cuisine,
sometimes somewhat unprecise, but serious and intelligent : poisson de roche en
soupière froide, solette soufflée aux coquillages, volaille en poitrine fumée
, croquante tarte fine aux pommes. Menus for 27.50 and 42 €.

Large Norman house, with a terrace, beamed and with a few nice furnishings.
People come from all over the country to taste the freshness and honesty of this
chef with his superb homard grille (specialty of the house), millefeuille de
sole, chausson de langoustines au foie gras, poulet à la créme de morilles,
pigeonneau roti en becasse. Menu for 28 €. Carte 51-70 €.

No need to say it again. It is THE PLACE TO BE SEEN. But the cuisine deserves
mire than this trendy reputation. Homard au cidre doux et pommes vertes,
osso-buco de lotte rôtie, fresh and well done, pintadeau fermier à la pleurée
de pleurotes et foie gras, rouget et langoustines roties à la créme acidulée,
pommes caramélisés à, la canelle, carré d’agneau au petits poivrons.
Menu for 34.25 €. Carte much more expensive.
