This exhaustive list of almost all markets in the Provence and Cote Azur region has been made possible by the collaboration of Nick Cady. He added quite a few villages I didn't have in my previous list. I thank him for that.

Most of these are “Open Markets” with many vendors and are active from around 8 AM to noon on the day(s) of the week indicated below; these vendors come from all over Provence and beyond, following weekly routes and selling their wares in the town square, sometimes from a truck or van. “Farmers’ Markets” are usually quite small, limited to locally grown food and a few everyday items. The word “pays” on a price tag indicates that the produce is local. Picnic supplies of all descriptions are available in any market place or in nearby shops. ( text written by Nick Cady)
