This very old house, of which certain date from the 12th century, is planted in the middle of vineyards. The owners had the grace to renovate 4 rooms and a suite by keeping the authenticity of the premises: shutters in sculpted wood. Breakfast is taken under the mulberry-tree. When night falls you can sit down in the winter garden to admire the chateau of the marquis de Sade. Rooms from 55 to 130 €, breakfast included

Another one of my favorites in the Luberon. Not as refined as the Fenière in Lourmarin but certainly a jewel for the prices.  Housed in a beautiful 17th century building, this hotel, with marvelous views on the valley has rooms for 59.50 to 106 €. Most rooms have a view on the valley, by the way.  Only 10 rooms, beware! Refined decoration. Obligatory half-board during the long springtime weekends, as well as in August and September. You can eat also with menus from 17.50 to 37 €. Meals are served in the garden during the summer.

How can I describe such a place? It is superb. You come and are directly taken by the tremendous spirit living here. Nicely decorated, husky rooms, quite and peaceful. Doubles for 41 € to 675 FF with TV, bathroom and WC.Tasty cuisine entirely devoted to the Provence products. Menus for 21.5 € and 26 € renewed every day! Salade de mache a la truffe,magret de canard au melon or au peches. A beautiful house, with garden and swimming pool.

In the heart of the village,  8 chambres d'hote with an old fashioned charm. 3 have a superb view on the valley and fortified villages. Doubles for 32 € with washbasin, 39.5 € with shower 45 € with shower and WC. Agreeable terrace where you can eat.
