Closed November to March except on Christmas days. Fish and other sea products
like it should be in a “fisher” village. Very good address. Count 34 to 43 €.

Many chefs passed here ad didn’t stay like Christophe Chabredier in 1994,
Laurent Carlier after him. The cuisine used to be excellent but is
deteriorating. It stays fish of course, rouget, daurade, loup etc…Prices went
up rather steep: 23 € a lunch menu and 29-38 € menus for dinner. A la carte
you can be tricked up to 68 €.

The hotel that owns the Amphitrite. Nice ensemble of Provencal style
houses, well integrated in the Port Grimaud style, excellent comfort with
terrace looking out on the sea. Magnificent pool and between canals and private
beach the rooms look out on Saint-Tropez. The ownership changed recently for the
x-iest time in a few years. Price 119-309 €.
