Agreeable place in Ramatuelle, with a courtyard. The food is good, seen the circumstances (full summer) Bourrides au poisson, daube à la Provençale, filets de sardine marinées, sauté de veau provençale. On Fridays you can get the traditional aioli for 15.50 €. A la carte count 20 €.

Near the baie de Pampelonne, overpopulated in the summer, it's a good address for a good bouillabaisse and a daurade royale. Take care for you bill not to climb too high The products are very fresh.A lot of people on the terrace in the summer. Prices : 33-78.50 €.

A mas with a veranda, in the middle of te vineyards, an ancient chef of the Moulin de Mougins cooks a unique menu for 29 €, excellent familial and simple cuisine.

A puppet house with a mini terrace, a miniscule dining room always packed. A good nature thischef who ciiks tasty little plats like tagliatelles fraiches au basilic, raviolis maison à la daube. Carte from 24-31 €. 

Chez Madeleine, route de Tahiti. Tel 0494971574
Conviviality, simplicity are the keywords this place. The Serra family are so nice and friendly! Everything ( soupe de poissons de roche, ravioles de Royans, moules gfarcies, daurade au fenouil, aioli, bouillabaisse) is excellent.. Carte : around 30-49 €. Menus for 24 and 37 €.

The most famous is the restaurant

Reception and staff are so friendly you feel right at home. With its wonderful terrace and irreplaceable view, it serves genuine Provencal cuisine. Bourride de lotte au safran, salade de rougets à l'huile d'olive, salade de caille confite, noisettes de cuisses de lapin aux senteurs de Provence, loup grillé au romarin. Menus for 24 to 41 €. Carte 24-44 €. 

Bello Visto, place Barrys tel 0494561730. Wonderful soft and mild evenings at the terrace of this small house with a steep view on the gulf of Saint-Tropez. An honest cuisine, based on sardines farcies, pasta, and other simple Provencal plats.

Traditional, a bit old fashioned cuisine with its gratin de moule aux épinards, gratin d'aubergine, lapin sauté à l'ail, daube de bœuf. Menu for 29 €. Carte quite expensive: 43.50-60 €.

Croix Valmer

The only inexpensive and recommendable place is 
Rotisseurs de la Cote, Promenade du Port Tel/Fax : 04 94 15 46 47 Open from March 1st to October 31st.. 
Here we have a specialist of grilled meat with inexpensive menus for 9.25 to 15 €.
There are also much more expensive places like "La Brigantine" or "Souleas" but you don't need me for that. Any serious restaurant guide will tell you all about.

Cavalaire

La Pergola, rue du port Tel : 04.94.64.06.86
This delicious place is one of the best addresses in Cavalaire. White walls with Mediterranean accents, in a vaulted dining room. When weather is nice, a very agreeable terrace or a shady garden with orange palm trees and rose bushes. It's a formidable cuisine. Friture mixte, poisson grillé, plateau de fruits de mer, fricassée de poulet à l'ail. Menu for 22.50 €. 

Hotel de la Calanque, rue de la Calanque tel 0494640427.
Restaurant of the hotel with the same name. The sea, dancing along one of the most ravishing "calanques" of the cote faces a bright and modern dining room, with a serious, not boring cuisine. Filets de merlan à la mousse de saumon fume, bouillabaisse, salade de rougets et langoustines, salmis de pigeon, confit de canard maison. Menu for 25-39 €. Carte 52 €.
