Nothing extravagant, but
refined cuisine. Here cooks a pupil of the great Robuchon. Fresh products and a
well controlled execution of the plats. The welcoming, staff and service is
impeccable. Set in a nicely decorated dining room, flourished, very agreeable in
the summer. One of the two rooms is a vaulted 12th century cellar.
Menus for 25.5-29-34.50 €. Superb
carré d’agneau, grilled fish, encornets, excellent petiots farcis, agreeable
desserts like the pomme rotie au beurre de pain d’épice et glace au miel.

Nice house on Cagnes heights, a
cuisine of a refined simplicity with undeniable sunny southern accents. Same
owners as the “Cour et Jardin”. Same products quality and gentle reception. Delicious
salade tiède de homard, langouste rose griollé ay thym et à l’huile
d’olive, noix de Saint-Jacques poelées au gingembre, gratin de pommes
caramelise au cidre. Menus are not so inexpensive: 22 € for lunch and 34.50,
48 to 66.32 € for dinner.

The Bandecchi Family rules here
since 30 years. On their terrace under the greenery, they make a simple but
irreproachable cuisine provencale. They don’t care about any trend or
complications. Classic and solid farcis de grand-mère, poelée de supions à l’huile d’olive, viands et
poisons grilles au feu de bois. Superb acceuil.
