Regis Mahé, "Le Richemont", place dela Gare? tel 0297549901. Closed Sunday for diner, Monday and 2 weeks school vacation and 2 weeks in November. I went there in 1997 and think this they THE place to taste dishes and plats you can't taste anywhere else. It's a sunny cuisine in the fog of Brittany. Very special and inventive!Breathaking preparations like the de rouget et maquereaux en tomates. Gratin d'artchauts aux langousines bartigoule, balance de turbot rotin dans son jus de coriandre. Charlotte d'asperges et homard fumé nougat au chocolat or gateay breton..But you have to pay the pice for these masterpieces: 58 € for a menu. 77-84 € à la carte. A pity that the railway station is so nearby. You cant't have them all. La Morgate,
